Default delivery terms and conditions:

1. Delivery will be sent directly to the customer by local logistics, following their standard delivery timeframe of within 3 days. Please note that we do not own or control the logistics, and any additional storage requirements may incur extra costs.
2. If there is no lift access to your floor or the packages cannot fit into the lift, the delivery will only reach the car park or ground floor.
3. This service does not include unpacking and disposal. Customers are responsible for these tasks.
4. Installation will be scheduled once the item is delivered.
5. Customers are required to ensure that all necessary approvals or processes for compound delivery are completed.

3.5-4.5 weeks upon the design confirmation.

The products offered are fully customized large-scale items, and the production and transportation period is estimated to be between 3.5 to 4.5 weeks upon the order confirmation letter submission date. Due to this extended timeframe, it is not feasible to strictly adhere to the automatic shipping schedule provided by the Lazada system. To ensure the smooth progress of your order and prevent any misunderstandings, we would like to keep the full transparency with all our customers. Upon placing the order, we will confirm default shipment in the Lazada system and automatically set the delivery completion deadline as received in accordance with the specified cutoff date. However, please note that the final confirmation correspondence between our company and the customer shall prevail.

The standard execution process for orders is as follows:

1. After the order is placed, we will confirm the shipment in the Lazada system and send an electronic confirmation letter to the customer within 3 days. This confirmation letter will include specific information such as the order amount, product dimensions, color and material, shipping address, and terms. It is essential for the customer to carefully review, check, and submit this information accurately.

2. Upon receiving the confirmation letter acknowledgment from the customer, we will initiate the production process. 

3. The production duration will be longer than the default order transportation timeline set by the Lazada system. Therefore, during this stage, we will update the Lazada system to reflect that transportation has been completed to meet Lazada’s shipping timeframe.

4. Once the product is ready for delivery, we will proactively contact the customer to confirm the delivery schedule.

5. Delivery will be carried out as per the agreed-upon schedule.

6. Installation services will be provided if included in the order.

Please be aware that any changes or modifications requested after the confirmation letter acknowledgment may result in delays in production, delivery, or installation timelines. We are committed to delivering high-quality custom-made products and appreciate your cooperation and understanding throughout the process.
