Please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to make sure [DY102] is selected as the default output and input device.

The wireless headsets will intelligently filter unwanted ambient background sounds, such as dogs barking, TV, etc. However, it is important to note that voices are not considered ambient noise and the mute function may be more suitable in such cases.

The MFB function supports use during a call (cell phones only). If the headset is connected to a computer, please answer/end calls manually on the computer interface.
